Menna advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues and HR matters. Menna has particular experience in defending employment tribunal claims (unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and unlawful deductions from wages), drafting contracts of employment, reviewing handbooks and HR policies, advising on internal grievance processes and advising on termination including the drafting of settlement agreements.

Menna also holds a BCS Practitioner certificate in Data Protection.
