Nicholas trained and qualified at a local Bristol law firm and joined the Real Estate team in January 2024. He has experience advising across the whole of the Real Estate department, acting for a range of clients across investment and corporate occupier, real estate finance, infrastructure and renewable energy.

- Anesco: Providing advice to secure land rights in the form of Options for Leases to secure rights to develop solar parks.
- Financial Conduct Authority: Advising the FCA on their expansion of their Leeds office including a new lease and a licence for alterations.
- Lloyds Bank: Advising Lloyds Bank on a refinancing of a portfolio of 29 investment properties situated in England.
- John Lewis Partnership: Providing advice to the John Lewis Partnership to assist in their expansion into various new locations.
