Nigel heads the firm’s Share Plans and Incentives practice. With over 20 years’ experience, he specialises in employee share plans and incentives, advising both listed and unlisted companies on the design, operation and implementation of reward structures and tax efficient remuneration.
He also advises companies and management teams on the share plan aspects of M&A transactions.
Nigel is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.

- FIM Services Limited: Advising on the design and implementation of a new equity incentive plan and their subsequent acquisition by Gresham House.
- NatWest Group plc: Advising on its new international sharesave plan, including obtaining shareholder approval, implementation and launch.
- Silver Lake: Advising partners on the share plan implications of its $2.2 billion acquisition of Zoopla.
- Challenger bank: Advising the CEO of a challenger bank on the terms of their remuneration package.
