About
Becky is a senior associate in our Real Estate team following her qualification with the firm in September 2015.
She has experience in a range of commercial real estate matters, advising a broad range of clients across multiple sectors. This includes investment portfolio and asset management, real estate finance, complex large-scale development and regeneration projects, energy and nuclear and fusion developments.
Becky has worked for clients in the development, hotels, office, public, telecommunications and transport sectors.
She is also qualified in Northern Ireland and has experience advising on a range of Northern Irish property matters.
Experience
- Weavers Cross, Belfast: Advising Translink on the procurement of a development partner for the redevelopment of surplus railway land around Belfast’s new £350 million Grand Central Station – creating a new destination for Belfast.
- Darwin Alternative Investment Management: Assisting with advice in relation to Darwin’s three funds, including asset management matters, high value acquisitions, disposals, lettings and licences.
- LGPS Central UK Direct Property Fund: Assisting on investment acquisitions for their real estate portfolio.
- Sovereign wealth fund: Advising on asset management of a group of hotels (including leases, licences, telecommunications and other matters).
- EDF: Providing land management and site assembly advice for numerous existing assets.
- Renewable energy: Advising on option agreements, leases, easements and financing for solar and BESS assets in England and Wales.
