Rebecca Brown Associate

Rebecca is an associate in the firm's Corporate Finance team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 before joining Burges Salmon in May 2020.

Rebecca has a wide range of experience working with both public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, group re-organisations, equity investments and joint ventures.

• Advised Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc on the acquisition of Fabspeed Holdings Ltd 
• Advised RDC Partners LLP on the sale of rights to construct the Cumberhead Wind Farm, to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc
• Advised Bluefield Solar on the acquisition of Bradenstoke Solar Park Limited
