- Major national retailer: Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing for a major national retailer.
- Settlement agreements: Supporting clients with drafting and negotiating settlement agreements for exiting employees.
- Corporate transactions: Advising clients in various sectors on employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Employment legal support: Regularly drafting contracts of employment and service agreements, reviewing HR policies and handbooks, and supporting with subject access requests.
