About

Sarah is a private wealth lawyer, with a particular focus on tax, trust and estate planning.

Her practice specialises in advising on the inheritance tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty land tax treatment of succession planning with a view to asset protection. She also leads on the preparation of wills, lifetime trusts and partnerships to implement such structuring.

Sarah prepares Lasting Power of Attorney applications and has a particular interest in wider issues relating to capacity. She is a member of STEPs Mental Capacity Special Interest Group.

  • International clients: Advising international clients on the requirements to become non-UK resident and the tax implications of such a move.
