- Sizewell C: Negotiating and drafting various infrastructure agreements for Sizewell C and advising on associated risks.
- Various private sector energy companies: Advising on power purchase agreements for wind and solar projects.
- Transport for Wales: Providing contractual and strategic advice to Transport for Wales in relation to the maintenance arrangements on the Core Valley Lines.
- Public entity: Advising on management services agreements for use in a large electric vehicle charging hub procurement.
- Worthing Borough Council: Advising on the corporate concession agreement and the customer connection and supply agreements for Worthing Heat Network.
- Department for Energy Security and Net Zero: Advising the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero on the route to market aspects of the Heat Networks Transformation Programme for area-wide delivery of heat networks in heat network zones.
