Sophie is a solicitor in the firm’s Construction and Engineering team. She completed her training contract at Burges Salmon, qualifying in September 2026. Sophie assists in advising on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, and has experience acting for developers, contractors and public sector clients across NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract. She is based in Burges Salmon’s Bristol office.

- Real Estate Finance: Assisting in drafting and reviewing ancillary documents on numerous real estate financing transactions.
- Nuclear Power Developer: Assisting a developer on a number of civil and infrastructure packages using NEC and FIDIC based contracts in respect of the development of its multi-billion pound nuclear power station.
