Victoria is a senior associate in the employment team and advises employers and employees in both the public and private sectors on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues. She has particular experience resolving employment disputes and defending employment tribunals but also advises on all aspects of employment law including:

  • disciplinary and grievance issues
  • redundancies
  • regulatory compliance, and
  • employee exits.

Victoria has in-house commercial experience from a secondment at the John Lewis Partnership and regularly delivers bespoke training and workshops for clients on employment law. She is also a member of the Employment Law Association.

  • Advising a FTSE-100 company on the full range of employment advice, including day-to-day advice and employment tribunal claims.
  • Acting for a large UK retailer defending complex employment tribunal claims including discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
  • Advising on dismissals and negotiated departures of senior management.
  • Advising a government department on a complex discrimination claim.
