Will Hall Director

Will is a director in the real estate team and acts for UK and international based investors, occupiers and lenders on a wide range of UK real estate matters.

He has particular experience advising in relation to:

• investment portfolio asset management
• portfolio refinancing
• complex acquisitions/disposals of real estate assets

particularly in relation to hotels, leisure, healthcare and industrial and logistics. 

Will sits on the Burges Salmon advanced technology and artificial intelligence committee.

• Acting for Virgin Active Limited on their disposal of 35 health clubs to Nuffield Health and 15 clubs to David Lloyd.
• Advising a joint venture between a UK university and major US healthcare provider in relation to the acquisition and development of a significant new private medical facility in central London.
• Acting for a sovereign wealth fund on the asset management of 37 hotels.
• Advising lenders and funds including HSBC UK, Lloyds, ICG Longbow and Coutts & Co, in relation to high value acquisition financing, development financing and portfolio refinancing transactions across a wide range of UK real estate assets, including industrial portfolios, hotel chains, multi-let offices, mixed use development sites, retail parks and care home developments.
• Acting for The Crown Estate, Bath and North East Somerset Council, Watford Borough Council, National Trust and The University of Oxford in relation to various real estate investment and asset management matters.
