She has experience in a range of property transactions, including development projects, investment acquisitions, commercial leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), and real estate finance.
Experience
- Corporate M&A transactions: Leading on the real estate aspects of complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, delivering strategic property due diligence and comprehensive support for high value transactions.
- Lender representation: Advising multiple lenders on high value acquisition and development financing, as well as portfolio refinancing across diverse real estate assets.
- Institutional landowners: Advising institutional landowners on the sale and acquisition of farmland and rural estates
- Asset management: Advising on a wide range of asset management matters, including negotiating leases and ancillary leasehold documents.
