Pensions Dashboards Update – June 2026
This website will offer limited functionality in this browser. We only support the recent versions of major browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
85% of member records are now connected to the pensions dashboards ecosystem and the 31 October 2026 final connection deadline is not far away.
PDP updates
The Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) has confirmed that it intends to proceed with setting up a private sector dashboards working group, noting that responses to the proposal from the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) were overwhelmingly supportive (27 respondents agreed with the proposal, 8 partially agreed and 1 disagreed) – see here.
Private sector dashboards will connect to the same central digital architecture as the MoneyHelper dashboard but the timing for their launch is uncertain and will be informed by learnings from the MoneyHelper dashboard.
On 19 June the PDP published its response to its reporting standards consultation in relation to implementing routine daily reporting of data to MaPS, proposing to extend the mandatory implementation deadline to 1 March 2027 with voluntary implementation beginning from summer 2026.
Dashboards Guidance
On 17 June the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) published updated versions of its “Pensions Dashboards before and after connection guide for LGPS and administering authorities” and “AVCs and Pensions Dashboards guide for LGPS administering authorities”, available here.
On 18 June PASA published new guidance to assist schemes, providers and administrators monitor ongoing dashboards compliance, along with a new dashboards toolkit note on survivor benefits.
TPR updates
TPR is hosting a webinar on 8 July in relation to what happens after dashboards connection. A link to the registration site for the webinar is here.
