Acting as independent investigator

Ensuring fairness and confidentiality, our investigators undertake a comprehensive role working to agreed Terms of Reference, including assessing evidence, conducting witness interviews and preparing a reasoned investigation report.

Acting as independent appeals chair

We can act as an independent third party to hear an appeal, perhaps for a disciplinary issue or grievance, to review the matter and make final decisions on an impartial basis.
