Following the end of the transition period, the FCA has updated its webpage on amending a recognised fund.

The webpage now includes a link to a form TMPR CH, which is to be used to notify the FCA of certain changes to EEA UCITS that are in the UK's Temporary Marketing Permissions Regime, including:

  • change of scheme name
  • change of scheme type
  • change of operator, custodian or facilities in the UK
  • change of name or address details for any of the above entities
  • change to the supervisory authority
  • change to the details of the arrangements for marketing of the EEA UCITS in the UK
  • change to sub-fund names
  • termination of sub-funds.

The form TMPR CH replaces form 264CH (notification of certain changes to UCITS recognised under section 264 of FSMA).

The updated webpage can be found here.
