Next Wednesday 8 July 2026, the autonomous vehicle company Wayve will trade its shares on the London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (“PSM”).
Wayve will be using the PSM to carry out a USD 85m. employee share sale, allowing those employees to sell part of their vested equity.
When the PISCES framework (within which the PSM sits) was established last year, its ability to provide employees with this type of liquidity event was identified as one of the key benefits of this type of private market. It is exciting to see this use case now being tested and we look forward to seeing the results which are delivered.
For further information about the new PISCES framework or the Private Securities Market, please visit our dedicated PISCES hub or contact one of our PISCES team members at Burges Salmon: Nick Graves, Nigel Watson, AJ Venter, Guy Francis, Charlotte Hamilton or Eleanor Furlong.
"[This reflects] our commitment to retain and reward the best talent in our industry" Alex Kendall, CEO of Wayve
