We have been recognised for helping employers navigate one of the most significant programmes of workplace reform in recent decades, with our Employment team shortlisted for Employment Law Firm of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards 2026.

The shortlisting recognises the team’s work supporting employers in preparing for the Employment Rights Act 2025, helping organisations understand the implications of the reforms, prioritise the issues most relevant to their businesses and develop practical plans for implementation.

With the Employment Rights Act introducing wide-ranging changes for employers across all sectors, our Employment team developed a comprehensive programme of support designed to help HR teams and senior leaders move confidently from understanding the reforms to taking action. Working closely with clients, the team has helped organisations assess the impact of the reforms on their individual businesses, identify the changes that matter most and develop tailored plans for implementation. Combining early insight, tailored planning, practical guidance and accessible resources, the firm’s approach has enabled employers to prepare effectively while continuing to manage day-to-day business priorities.

As part of this work, the firm’s team created a range of resources for clients and the wider HR community, including an online Employment Rights Bill Handbook, dedicated Employment Rights Act Hub and ERA Planning and Readiness Guide. Together, these tools provide employers with practical guidance, implementation timelines, insight and action-focused support as the reforms are phased in.
