This is more than just a recruitment role. You'll be at the heart of our trainee and apprenticeship programmes, helping to attract, assess, and support the next generation of legal professionals. As the first People team member in Edinburgh, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our presence in Scotland, acting as the key point of contact for our Edinburgh-based trainees and local recruitment and development initiatives. You'll also work closely with the wider emerging talent team to support Bristol based activity and ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across both locations.
