Burges Salmon’s Banking team has advised HSBC UK and Lloyds Bank on a new £65 million finance facility for international law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP.
The deal sees the two UK banks – longstanding partners of DAC Beachcroft – provide bespoke funding that supports the firm’s continued expansion and its 2020-21 growth strategy, both domestically and overseas.
The facility is also intended to provide assurance during the Coronavirus pandemic and to prevent disruption to the firm’s investment and trading plans in the current uncertain economic environment.
