AJ is a partner in the firm’s corporate group.
His practice covers a broad range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions, including private M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures, equity capital market transactions, complex corporate reorganisations and restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
He acts for a number of quoted and private companies, financial intermediaries and other clients and advises clients across several sectors with a particular focus on financial services (including insurance), technology and infrastructure.
