Brandon Wong Solicitor

Brandon is a solicitor in our Funds and Financial Regulation team and a member of the firm’s financial services sector and fintech sub-sector groups. He joined the team on qualification, having trained with the firm. 

Brandon focuses on financial services regulatory matters for a broad range of clients with a particular interest in the fintech sector. 

• Advising on the application of the regulatory perimeter and financial promotions rules for a wide range of financial services clients.
• Advising investment platform providers on the development of new platform propositions including on regulatory considerations regarding structure and operations.
• Advising on regulation of digital assets and cryptoassets in respect of both UK businesses and overseas businesses looking to set up in the UK.
• Drafting and advising on a range of client facing documentation such as terms and conditions for peer to peer lending and digital platform clients, ensuring FCA and consumer rights compliance.
• Advising on the formation and regulation of retail fund structures for fund manager clients.
