Olivia is an associate in the planning and compulsory purchase team having qualified in September 2020 after training with the firm.

She has experience of a range of matters including nationally significant infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase and contentious matters including planning appeals and judicial review claims.

Olivia has a particular interest in the energy sector.

• Acting for minerals landowners in relation to various disputes including an arbitration and a judicial review.
• Acting for the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew on a series of planning inquires relating to impacts on the setting of the Kew Gardens World Heritage Site and listed buildings within it.
