Alicia is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial and Technology team, specialising in commercial contracts and technology transactions. She has experience of advising both public and private sector clients on a broad range of technology and commercial contracts and intellectual property matters, across a range of industry sectors including public, transport and retail.
Experience
- Advising a confidential government client on a business critical technology procurement on a multi-lot £100+ million technology contracting framework.
- Acting for multiple clients (including household retailers) on a broad range of commercial contracts, including refreshing their template agreements for the supply of goods and services and intellectual property licensing agreements.
- Advising household name retailers and transport operators on the implementation of social media influencer campaigns.
- Advising a non-profit organisation on a proposed joint venture including assigning and licensing IP.
- Assisting a local leisure attraction on its business critical procurement and licensing of a state of the art, API oriented outsourced ticketing platform.
- Advising a household retailer with re-negotiations of a contract dealing with the supply of payroll and HR IT systems.
