Annelise is a senior associate in the Employment team, and has specialised in employment law and HR since 1994.

She is experienced in all areas of employment law including business change, diversity issues, employment tribunals and executive severance. Using her legal and HR experience, Annelise supports employers in designing and enacting major change projects with a focus on providing practical, workable solutions to employment related issues.

Experience

  • FTSE-100 business: Conducting a large-scale disciplinary investigation involving 25+ individuals in relation to allegations of fraud.
  • Private client: Carrying out a full review of a major employer’s HR process including designing new processes, line manager flowcharts and templates with supporting guidance.
  • A major retailer: Managing the delivery of an employment tribunal service staffed by a team of lawyers with tribunals in numerous locations, maximising the efficiency of service delivery without compromising on quality.
  • HR support: Providing legal and HR support for the design and implementation of major change programmes including reorganisations, outsourcing and redundancies.
  • Investigations: Conducting grievance investigations for a number of private sector organisations into allegations of bullying and harassment.
  • Pay-related issues: Assisting a number of major employers with pay-related issues including IR35, national minimum wage investigations and equal pay claims
