Charlie joined the firm in 2017 as an apprentice solicitor, and qualified into the Corporate and M&A team in September 2024. He has a range of experience in corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, reorganisations and asset purchases.
Experience
- AOTI: Advising US medical technology group, AOTI on its £140 million float on AIM.
- ENGIE: Advising ENGIE on the acquisition of Ixora Energy Ltd, a leading biomethane producer operating three AD plants in South West England.
- Pulse Clean Energy: Advising Pulse Clean Energy on its acquisition of a 99 megawatt battery energy storage system in Hampshire from Harmony Energy Income Trust.
- Pandox: Advising Pandox on the acquisition of DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre.
