About

Chloe is an associate who joined the firm’s Employment team in 2024.

A former teacher, she has broad experience supporting both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She advises clients on all aspects of UK employment law and has significant experience in conducting complex Employment Tribunal claims. Her practice includes disciplinary and grievance management, organisational transformation, corporate support and employee terminations. She has also provided project management services for multi-jurisdictional change management exercises.

Having gained in-house legal experience via her secondment to a national public sector organisation, Chloe enjoys building strong relationships with clients and developing her understanding of their business operations. Chloe regularly supports clients in managing live and challenging ER issues. She reviews and drafts contracts and policy suites, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, and prepares and negotiates settlement agreements for senior exits.
