Christian is a senior associate in the firm’s Construction & Engineering team. He advises on the delivery of construction projects and real estate assets, including logistics units, infrastructure, large-scale housing developments, and floating off-shore wind developments.
Christian has advised clients on various forms of JCT / NEC contracts, bespoke contracts, appointments, warranties, bonds, and guarantees.
He has experience acting for developers, funders, purchasers, tenants, contractors, landowners, local authorities, professional consultants and sub-contractors on a range of projects.
Experience
- International industrial developer: Advising the company on the construction of a new 2 million sq ft logistics unit.
- National housebuilder: Advising a housebuilder on the construction of a residential tower block development in London with a build cost of c.£110 million.
- Coutts: Advising the lender in relation to the construction of a new hotel in the East Midlands.
- HSBC: advising the lender on the construction of a PBSA scheme in the South West.
- Tritax Big Box Reit: Advising the company on the purchase of a large logistics unit in the Midlands.
- The Crown Estate: Acting for the client in relation to the development of land for a mixed-use scheme.
