- Retail: Defending a major national retailer against a range of complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal and discrimination.
- Corporate transactions: Advising clients in various sectors on employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Settlement agreements: Supporting clients with drafting and negotiating settlement agreements for exiting employees.
- Post Termination Restrictions: Supporting on a multi-jurisdictional post termination restriction review project.
- Data subject access requests: Assisting with responding to large and complex data subject access requests for clients.
