Grace Malone is a senior associate in the firm’s Employment team. Grace advises both private and public sector employers on all areas of employment law (contentious and non-contentious).
Experience
- Advising on all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
- Advising on and negotiating the employment aspects of business transfers, outsourcings (including in the public sector) and commercial arrangements.
- Defending employment litigation (with substantive experience in defending whistleblowing and discrimination claims).
- Advising on the implementation of large-scale projects and change programmes.
