Graham is a partner in our Banking and Finance team. Graham spent seven years with Slaughter and May before joining Burges Salmon. Graham acts for a range of clients including corporates, funds, banks and public sector bodies on finance transactions including corporate banking, energy and infrastructure finance, real estate finance, derivatives, debt securities and securitisation.

  • Advising Volac on corporate debt facilities provided by Lloyds Bank and Barclays Bank including a construction facility for a biomass power plant.
  • Advising Temporis Capital, UK Green Investment Bank and KKR as lenders on renewable energy projects including the Srondoire and Blackcraig onshore wind farms.
  • Advising a wide range of clients (including National Express, FirstGroup, Imperial Tobacco, Emirates and a number of pension and investment funds) on repo agreements and derivatives.
  • Advising Coca-Cola Hellenic on its UK-listed EUR 2 billion EMTN programme, including the initial listing, annual updates and advice on drawdowns, tender offers and continuing obligations.
  • Advising Bayerische Landesbank and GMAC-RFC on multiple securitisations.
