He is very experienced in setting up new solar and battery portfolios, from drafting bankable documents to negotiating options, leases and easements and reporting on title, ensuring regular and consistent communication with developers and landowners, through to development, funding or disposal at shovel-ready stage.
James also has experience in conducting large-scale due diligence and reviewing CLLS Certificates of Title for portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings in the renewable energy space.
