Overview

Justin is a partner specialising in resolving disputes relating to trusts, tax and private wealth.  His clients range from on-shore and off-shore trustees, to private individuals and pension scheme stakeholders. He is a member of STEP and the APL and brings a wealth of experience to this highly complex field having acted in key cases which have helped shape the law. Playing a lead role in our dispute resolution team, Justin works with his colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

Justin has specialised in pensions and trusts disputes since 1997 and professional negligence since 1995.

Justin is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers (APL) and the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Practitioners (ACTAPS). He holds the Bristol University Certificate in Pensions Law and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.  He is recognised as an expert in pensions litigation in both the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories.
