Lizzy joined Burges Salmon shortly after qualification in August 2022, and is now an associate in the Commercial Projects team. She has experience advising a range of public and private sector organisations in the healthcare, energy, defence and procurement sectors. Her experience includes providing regulatory, contractual and strategic advice to clients.
Experience
- Ministry of Defence: Member of the core legal team providing contractual and strategic advice over a two-year period to the Ministry of Defence on a nationally significant submarines project.
- NHS Trust: Advising in relation to the trust’s competitive procurement for community pharmacy services, with a contract value in excess of £1 billion.
- Regulatory advice: Providing contractual and regulatory advice in relation to both private wire and corporate Power Purchase Agreements.
- International telemedicine provider: Advising in relation to regulatory obligations on entry to the UK market.
- Home Office: Part of the core team providing advice on a range of procurement and contractual matters.
- Private eye health care provider: Providing advice in relation to the NHS Standard Contract and Non-Contract Activity.
