About

Matthew is a senior associate (professional support lawyer) in the Real Estate team.

He trained and qualified at Burges Salmon. As a client-facing lawyer, he gained significant transactional and advisory commercial real estate experience spanning several key sectors and areas of real estate practice.

Matthew became a specialist Professional Support Lawyer in 2017. He has experience of a wide range of professional support and knowledge services.

His role encompasses planning, arranging and delivering training to the firm’s real estate lawyers and to clients. He also holds experience providing legal consultancy and practical guidance to the firm’s real estate lawyers.

As part of his role, Matthew has to keep up to date with, analyse and share developments in real estate law and practice both internally and with clients. This includes facilitating the sharing of knowledge within Real Estate and the wider firm and monitoring and reviewing emerging legal technology solutions.

Matthew is a member of the Property Support Lawyers Group.
