Overview

Pip joined the firm in 2018, having previously worked for a law firm in Bath. 

She advises employers and employees in the public and private sectors on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, covering the life cycle of the employment relationship. In particular:

  • Providing guidance on grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters and dismissals.
  • Advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including outsourcing, joint ventures and mergers.
  • Advising on complex employment tribunal litigation including discrimination and whistle-blowing claims.
  • Advising on restructuring, redundancy and changes to terms and conditions exercises, including site closures and business relocations.
  • Advising on dismissals and negotiated departures of senior management and board members.
  • Advising on workplace well being and managing mental health in the workplace.
  • Delivering bespoke training and workshops for clients.

In her spare time, Pip is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Bath Mind (a local mental health charity affiliated with national Mind), where she is responsible for setting and overseeing the governance and strategic direction of the company. 

Pip is a regular speaker at external seminars and events across the UK.
