About

Scott is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance team having joined the firm in 2023. He advises on all aspects of corporate law including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

He advises clients across all sectors, and has a specific focus on the space and satellites sector. In particular, Scott assists the firm’s space clients with their investment and M&A transactions. He also co-leads the firm’s partnership with Space Scotland.

Experience

ExoAnalytics Solutions Inc: Advising our US-based space client on its cross-border acquisition of 3S Northumbria Ltd, a UK space consultancy business.
Braided Communications Limited: Advising Braided on a series of investments rounds, which has allowed them to develop their innovative communication products, ‘Space Braiding’ and ‘Braided Meetings’.
FirstSource Solutions (UK) Limited: Assisting the UK subsidiary of India-based First Source Solutions Limited with its acquisition of UK-based retail outsourcing business, Asensos Limited.
Simec Atlantis Energy Limited: advising UK-headquartered renewable energy developer, Simec, on its acquisition of a BESS project SPV from Enso Green Holdings Limited.
Shareholders of an online schooling business: Acting for the shareholders of an online schooling business on the sale of the company to a multi-national education group.
