Designed to reflect the environmental and wider ambitions of landowners and farmers, the eFBT documents are now available for public use with the approval of The Crown Estate and the Tenant Farmers Association.
They have been finalised following extensive consultation with individual tenant farmers and the TFA and represent a step-change in how farm tenancies can be approached.
Everyone involved in the eFBT process hopes that these will prove to be a useful and lasting tool for the rural sector, and will enhance the use of rural land in England and Wales, and support productive relationships between owners and farmers.
