Our residential real estate lawyers advise clients looking to acquire, sell or invest in high net-worth residential property in England and Wales. The team works closely with the banking team when acting for banks in providing funding secured over residential property and private client, real estate and wealth structuring teams to advise clients on tax-efficient ways of structuring residential property transactions. We have strong experience in working with overseas clients and offshore trust structures.

We give specialist advice to landlords and tenants on all aspects of leasehold reform, including claims to acquire freeholds under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 lease extension and collective and right to manage claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993.
