29 January 2021

Our first interactive webinar in our 2021 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Webinar Series is now available to watch on-demand.

In this webinar we look back at the key planning cases in 2020 in relation to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 regime, with a particular focus on practical tips for both local authorities and developers. Sarah Sutherland, (Senior Associate) chaired the session and is joined by colleagues Alex Minhinick (Director) and Anna Coyle (Solicitor). We highlight what we consider to be the seminal cases from last year and discuss the implications for the planning industry.

Please note: this webinar was first broadcast on Tuesday 23 February.

In 2021’s quarterly webinar series, we will cover a range of topical issues led by planning and compulsory purchase specialists. Information about future webinars in this series is set out below. Full details will be sent out in advance of each session.
