About

Amy is an experienced Director in our Real Estate team, specialising in advising both public and private sector clients on major regeneration and redevelopment projects.

She has been with the firm since 2007 and in that time has supported on some of the UK’s largest and most significant development projects and the real estate aspects of large scale infrastructure deals, particularly in the rail industry.

Amy sits on the advisory board of the Redcliffe and Temple Business Improvement District, working to regenerate and improve the area for the local community.

Experience

  • Transport for London and the Greater London Authority: Advising on housing-led/mixed redevelopment and regeneration projects worth over £5 billion in the Royal Docks Opportunity Area in East London, including on secondment.
  • Cardiff Parkway: Advising on the strategy for development of a £500 million employment-led development project (including a new railway station on the Great Western mainline).
  • Translink (Northern Ireland Railways): Advising on its procurement of a development partner for a mixed-use, employment-led regeneration in Belfast City centre – on 8 hectares of former railway land adjoining Belfast’s new £200 million Transport Hub.
  • Transport for Wales/Welsh Government: Advising on the transfer of the Core Valley Lines (87 miles of operational track, land, infrastructure and railway assets) from Network Rail to Transport for Wales – a first of a kind, award-winning transaction.
  • Stevenage Borough Council: Advising on its joint venture with Mace to redevelop Stevenage Town Centre, a £350 million town centre regeneration project.
  • Transport for Wales: Advising in relation to the development of a new rail depot at Taffs Well and a new multi modal transport hub at Porth.
