Briony is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate and M&A team. She advises clients across the fields of energy and infrastructure, financial services and technology.
She acts on a variety of corporate matters including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring, and works with a range of public and private companies, individuals and institutions across the UK and on cross-border transactions.

- KIRKBI: Advising KIRKBI, the Danish-based holding and investment company of the Kirk Kristiansen family, on its investment into Highview Power’s multi-billion-pound clean energy storage programme to accelerate the UK’s transition to net zero.
- Fintel plc: Advising Fintel plc, the UK’s leading provider of fintech and support services to the UK retail financial services sector, on its acquisition of RSMR, one of the most recognised fund ratings and research agencies in the UK.
- Enray Power: Advising Enray Power (formerly Integrum Renewable Energy) on a cornerstone £150 million investment by Omnes Capital and the subsequent acquisition of a 78 MW co-located solar and battery project.
