Greg Fearn Associate

Greg trained at and spent two years in the projects department of a national Top 50 law firm before joining Burges Salmon in January 2021. Greg specialises in advising both public and private sector organisations as well as funders on a wide range of public private partnership arrangements including in the aviation, defence, education and health sectors.

Advised a government agency on its procurement for an aerial surveillance and pollution capability (including subsequent variations) and a search and rescue capability.

Advised a government department on all aspects of its single source procurement for an attack helicopter and its single source procurement for a supply helicopter.

Advised the Department of Health and Social Care on the contractual aspects of its End to End Antibody Home Testing Service procurement.
