Victoria is a solicitor in the firm’s Commercial and Technology team. She has experience advising clients across a range of technology, data protection, intellectual property and commercial matters. Specific sectors include telecommunications, transport, healthcare, technology, financial services, retail and manufacturing, media, and energy.

She has in-house experience, following a secondment to Equans in 2024.

Experience

International food production company: Advising an international food production company on various data protection matters, including assisting with legal support in the event of a data breach.
High-profile utility companies: Assisted with drafting a number of outsourcing agreements for various high-profile utility companies.
Commercial due diligence: Assisted with commercial due diligence for corporate acquisitions across a wide range of industries, including a major public transportation company.
Multi-national toy retailer: Advised a multi-national toy retailer in regard to a key incoming piece of legislation affecting their business.
Intellectual property matters: Advises clients on a range of intellectual property matters, including IP assignments, licensing agreements, confidentiality protections and ownership.
