Overview

We advise clients on all aspects of reorganisations and demergers. Our team has extensive experience of a wide range of these types of transactions from large group restructurings to stand alone intra group transfers. We work with clients to ensure we understand the project and then work collaboratively with clients and their other professional advisers to ensure an efficient approach to the reorganisation. We also have experience of schemes of arrangements, capital reductions (court and non-court processes) and demergers.

Our corporate team involves lawyers from other specialist teams within the firm as required including employment, corporate tax, real estate, pensions, commercial, intellectual property and banking, to ensure a coordinated approach. Our sector specific advice will also help to enhance the work we do for clients in relation to any reorganisation.
