Preparing and filing tax returns for Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) for trustees which hold UK real estate through offshore companies.

Advising a disappointed beneficiary in relation to rectification of a negligently drafted deed of appointment and related proprietary estoppel proceedings.
