Atlas Hotels is the largest group in the L+R Hotels portfolio and its acquisition of the freehold 101-bedroom property will add to its impressive collection of hotels across the UK.
The Edinburgh City West Hotel is set to undergo a multi-million-pound refurbishment in 2020 following the sale to L+R Hotels, transforming it into a state-of-the-art Holiday Inn Express.
Burges Salmon partners Robert Forman and Danny Lee led the team advising on the sale.
