on the regeneration of the former Filton airfield, the birthplace of Concorde, to create a new community with 2,675 new homes, 62 acres of employment space, parkland, a new education district, a thriving town-centre and (in the hangars where Concorde was built) a new arena for Bristol and the wider South West.

Tristan Capital Partners

On a £47 million loan to support the refinancing of a 127,000 sq. ft. BREEAM excellent-rated office asset, part of the Westfield shopping centre, located in Stratford, East London.
