We have one of the largest and most experienced teams of tax lawyers in the country, renowned for providing straightforward advice on complex partnership tax and tax planning issues.

The team advises existing partnerships on their tax position as well as clients seeking to use partnership structures for specific tax planning reasons.

The taxation of partnerships can involve a mix of income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and stamp duty land tax. Our expert team of lawyers helps clients navigate their way through this maze and decide whether a partnership structure is the right vehicle for them and how they can optimise their tax position.
