Advising UK dairy co-operative Milk Link on its merger with Danish dairy co-operative Arla Foods amba to create a £2 billion UK dairy business.

Advising private equity firm LDC on its £8 million investment in healthy food chain Vital Ingredient.

Advising Octopus Investments on a number of investments into anaerobic digestion projects.

Advising management in connection with the £185 million sale of Oasis Healthcare, the UK’s largest private dental chain, by Duke Street to Bridgepoint.

Advising lounge and café bar chain Loungers on a £16 million investment by Piper Private Equity.

Advising Helius Energy plc on a series of secondary fundraisings, including a placing and open offer arranged by Numis Securities Limited, and its disposal of a substantial asset in accordance with the AIM Rules.

Advising ITM Power plc on a series of secondary fundraisings, including a placing and open offer arranged by Zeus Capital Limited.

Advising Gooch & Housego plc in relation to its fully underwritten secondary placing to fund an acquisition of a US based competitor.
